Your overtime information is intended for your personal reference.

Overtime Track does not automatically send your overtime records to your employer, manager, or HR department.

4. Data Storage

The current version of Overtime Track is designed to store your personal overtime records, work schedule, and related settings locally on your device.

The current version does not require you to create an Overtime Track account.

If cloud backup, synchronization, or account functionality is introduced in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated to explain how information associated with those services is processed.

5. Notifications

Overtime Track may provide optional notifications to remind you to record your overtime.

If you enable notifications, the App may use your configured work schedule, reminder time, and notification preferences to determine when reminders should be displayed.

You can disable notifications at any time through Overtime Track or your device settings.

6. Optional Remarks

Overtime Track allows you to add an optional remark to an overtime record.

Remarks are intended to help you remember information related to your overtime.

We recommend that you do not enter passwords, financial information, confidential company information, sensitive personal information, or other unnecessary sensitive information in the Remark field.

7. Data Sharing

Overtime Track does not sell your personal information.

The App is designed as a personal overtime reference tool and does not automatically provide your overtime records to your:

  • Employer
  • Manager
  • HR department
  • Other employees

Your information will only be shared where necessary to operate features that you explicitly use, where required by law, or as otherwise described in this Privacy Policy.

8. Advertising

The current version of Overtime Track does not use third-party advertising to display advertisements inside the App.

9. Third-Party Services

Overtime Track may rely on services provided by Apple and other technical service providers for functions such as app distribution, operating system functionality, notifications, security, diagnostics, or other technical operations.

Those services may process limited technical information according to their own terms and privacy policies.

10. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information handled by Overtime Track.

However, no electronic storage system, mobile device, or method of data transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Because information may be stored locally on your device, you are also responsible for protecting access to your device.

11. Data Retention and Deletion

Information stored locally by Overtime Track remains on your device until it is deleted through the App, where such functionality is available, or the App and its locally stored data are removed from your device.

Please be aware that deleting the App may result in the loss of locally stored overtime records if no backup functionality is available.

12. Children’s Privacy

Overtime Track is a work-related personal utility and is not specifically designed or directed toward children.

We do not knowingly design the App for the collection of personal information from children.

13. International Users

Overtime Track may be used by users in different countries. The App is available in Arabic and English.

Your use of the App may also be subject to the privacy and data protection laws applicable in your country or region.
